Our designs prioritize excellence in architecture, detailing, and finishes, while achieving near-zero waste of valuable building materials and requiring up to 65% fewer skilled workers on site. Leveraging Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), we introduce an innovative concept: a sustainable, mid-rise, urban village that fosters inclusivity, walkability, and community connection. Designed for long-term residential living, these developments—comprising approximately 400 thoughtfully designed apartments—can be completed in under 12 months, and in some cases, within just 8 months. Remarkably, this scale of construction reflects less than a single day’s manufacturing capacity of the Thrive Alliance, and only a few hours’ worth of renewable plantation forest growth.
